With that I planned to point out that it wasnt a single "random" occurence, but a user that did it on purpose, well known for bad behaviour in the past.Justifying that way, his ban. Were my actions wrong?
Another thing, him being american , I have observed that they are more prone to post with a static Ip.Also, he was being kind of a prick.

I understand of course, that this wouldn't be as Contributor, in which we all voted. More like a "hey, how about this guy for Staff" for the Mods/Administrators to think about it.I have a couple of people in mind, actually .

I like the idea of a SF2 Evil character. The idea has alot of potential to it and the character has some good things going for him.Hopefully this will be valuable feedback.Hitsparks:I noticed mainly on his reguler Haduken that the hitspark for it if a few pixels down. Just a small adjust meant will it it there.CLSN1's on his stance look a little wierd. He used far to many especialy since he has a sloid stance that's close togather. Start jumping foward among others has the worse. Like a whole CLSN1 box covering maybe a single pixel of clothing? ???Small fixes there.Back dash is missing a CLSN over the first frame.Start guarding and all the guading in the air's CLSN1 is a bit misplaced.CLSN2'sNoticed for most of his basic attacks CLSN2's stick out further then the CLSN1's.Giving him a small priority over P2 when tradeing punchs. It's a small fx and I'll point out some of the more serious problem ones.Stand Light Punch: Action I.D. 200Stand Medium Punch: Action I.D. 210Stand Hard Punch: Action I.D. 220(One of the worser ones seeing as no CLSN1 is covering itThose are some among others.Maybe best for him to tweek alot and go threw each attack to make sure a CLSN1 is covering over it.Gameplay:Alot of fun.Only small thing after a few minutes of play is chaining.I can't seem to chain any of his basic moves togather.Like light attack to medium attack to hard attack. Maybe fix or tweek that in the update.Overall it's an interesting concept.Nice edits and I like SF2 alot which is why I'm trying to give good feedback.I really hope an update comes soon and tell your friend excellent job on my behalf.Be back later with any other problems. Peace!
I'd leave him a little more time, but he seems to be acting well, his posts are not retarded, and it's true he gives some valuable feedback. As said, I would still wait one week to one month, but giving it to him right now shouldn't be a problem.
BTW, does inactivity mean you lose your Contributor status and go back to normal? Just wondering because I haven't doing anything lately.
Siu Wong:Well, accordingly to what is written in this thread, one should... But it seems that they don't really apply it here, and now I have to live with a purble star among yellow ones, which hurts my sense of fashion....

Huh? That description does in no way mention that titles should be removed after a period of inactivity.Plus that would be nearly impossible to keep track of properly.

That description does in no way mention that titles should be removed after a period of inactivity.P.o.t.S. changed it.Bia said, November 16, 2007, 12:13:39 pmAh... I see. Then it's time to start exploiting some small grammar quircks in the Membergroups & staff members topic. So, let us take a look at the Membergroups & staff members, shall we? QuoteContributorUsers who are more actively contributing something to the MUGEN community than people who just download stuff and play all day (not that there's anything wrong with users who just want to play!).Please notice the emphasis. Since I haven't release anything in about 9 months and 18 days, I'm not currently contributing to mugen as it's implied that one must be doing in order to get and maintain the contributor title. So, either you drop my title, for the contributor description doesn't fit my current situation, or you change the description and drop the present tense of the verb and change it to perfect present tense. So... your turn now, Sepp.
LOL, still playing with words and stuff.Remove the contributor status to NeoGouki NAO !!! This guy has not been creating for many years !!!! And remove it to Sanders too !!!
