Looks like a good start, I'd recommend training more the proportions. The legs for example in both drawings are too short in comparison to the rest of the body. Legs are supposed to be often bigger than the torso + head together.

All right thanks for the tip, i went more to intuition for the proportion, i'll take care of this for the future.

The first picture isn't demongorne's, he posted it to show the reference.
I agree with what DeathScythe said, he seems too top-heavy, I mean there's more upper body than there is lower body.
