Thank you Game-ZX , I wanted to make a pure clean low res stander of Elecbyte style Base off the older version and silver grey version and go blue with it. the older version of My blue mugen was bit plain but at that time I had no idea how to add animation to the screen pack. Until I learn how to add with the screen pack.This old man have long way to understand how the Screen pack really work and learning how to make them. I do understand I had to use LOW's Logo that he made all thank to him and ask for his permission and also i had to use Mugen Jet's Screen pack as a base. I'm getting better each I learn. Because My main dream is to make World Heroes 2 Jets Screen Pack including the Intro,Life bars, the game over, and finding and ripping the fonts for them and make a complete screen pack for it. I am learning more about making screen pack
