Changing Character Tag Assist Moves

Hi mugen gamers, so I plan to do a MK MUGEN and I've noticed that you can use the UNO Tag Patcher in MUGEN on them. I was wondering if there is a way to recode a character and change their Tag assist move? If so please let me know! Also is there a way to change character tag commands. Please help! Thank you!
