Creating the Evil/Dark/Demon Voice FX

Hello,

I'm looking to create a demonic/evil effect using software, I use Wavepad and Audicity but was wondering if there's an easier way to replicate the effect. I know it's usually through pitch shifting but any variations would be helpful.

A good example is Tetsu and Demonic Tetsu

I use GoldWave for my audio stuff. No clue if you'll be able to get the effect you're looking for. But it can do a bunch of manipulations.
