Her height for me is OK, since if she's really tall, would be weird imo. And cool to know Maleficient will be a playable char in MUGEN.

Looks good, but I think it would really add a lot to her movement anims if she treated the staff more like a walking cane. since the point is resting on the ground in her idle.As in, make the staff and her hand rotate slightly, like she's picking it up a bit and setting it down.

It seems like a very awkward position she puts herself in, with her staff hand up at head level.Consider having her bring the hand down more, and tilting the staff forward.To me, that seems like a better position to strike and defend from.

-I like that standing turn anim - the crouch version seems like it could be tricky. Consider my previous comment before you commit...-I think her teleport anims should take half the time they do now (make them faster!)-In a lot of sprites, the staff does not look as straight as it should. The stepping of the pixels should be more consistent.If you are using Photoshop, you should click once with the pencil tool to place a pixel at one end. Then, hold Shift and click the other end - PS will fill in the blanks in a uniform, straight line. This works with some other tools as well like the paintbrush.Spoiler: Jaggy Staff (click to see content)Red area - There's mostly 1px stepsMagenta - The 2px steps (maybe even 3px steps? hard to tell) are not spaced uniformly-At about 1:00 in the video, a raven helper swoops in out of nowhere. Assuming it was summoned, she should make some kind of gesture. As it is now, the raven seems to have just visited the stage with a personal bias against P2.-At 1:04, she does a standing LP (?) If so, the standing LP should be a little faster. ALSO, it would look much better if she tilted the staff backwards a little before swinging it forward, instead of how she only raises it up slightly. As in, give it a better anticipation frame.-At 1:28, it might look cool to spawn a duplicate version of the Green Flames in the foreground with alpha transparency (to make the player's glow, look more like the fire is all around them)

Wow, very nice progress! I love the voices and sound effects.Nice intros - idk why, but I think my favorite is the one where the crow flies off her staff lolI see you brought the green flames into the FG for that super move, which looks much more suitable and dramatic - now I'm suggesting to do the same with the purple ground shockwave effects. I recommend you cut the sprites in half, and make the back half anim sprpriority -5, and front half anim sprpriority 5.

You could make that they are gone with a single hit, this can be achieved by having them throw a projectile while disappearing, that projectile's action would be how they disappear.For individual health, a solution may be to use an integer var for each existing goon, that keeps track of the damage taken. In that case you need them to have an animation of them getting hit. In their case it may have fixed recovery time, whenever the goon gets hit, he goes in the only gethit state he has. I
