Apparently Ikaruga released Eiji on 8/31 and updated him a day later. The others KOF98 characters were updated as well (also giving Robert his KOF'99 Costume Version)

the only thing wrong with eiji-kof98 is the fact that he has his kofxi voice still, he needs his voice changed

Hopefully either Ikaruga or someone else will make a soundpatch with his 98um voice.

I was looking for this for the long long time. It bring the memories when we our group are dominating in arcade centers with kof98. Thank you so much for sharing.. :D Purely Kof98 clean, and untouch. VERY NICE! A LOT OF PRAISE :D

If you have kof98 FULL USA team untouche please upload it too.. ty :D

they work fine to me, ikaruga updated all his characters to become mugen 1.0 compatible, so use mugen 1.0, that's all
