Which Screenpack is the best because i downloaded db0411 and did has you said but the screenpack is still the same.

Help would be appreciated  ;)

There is no best screenpack. It depends in the number of chars you want to put in it and on your visual preferences. There's a discussion about that in the mugen discussion section.

Figured out how to get MFJ screenpack thanks Ravenous.

Damn computer it says im out of memory  :'(
