Does anybody have this gamepad?

If so, how does its d-pad work with MUGEN and - for that matter - other 2D versus fighter stuff?

Whoa, I got P2500 Rumble.
Um...if I know...you can change between the D-Pad and the analog stick with the Digital button on the center

Well, I'm asking about how good the d-pad itself is with thumb motions (QCF, HCB, etc).

How about Logitech's USB Dual Analog controller for the PC?

Anyone used that one's d-pad with MUGEN?

And what about that of Logitech's wireless Rumblepad 2?

I personally prefer the ones that are similiar to a Playstation 2's Controller D-Pad. Or an analog stick that's conviently placed for comfort.

Speaking of PS2 controllers, all you need is THIS and a PS2 to PC adapter. 8)
