some tools for ultra street fighter 4 mod

well maybe not the place to ask for it, but well, i need to edit the training stage for USFFIV ,or the tools for edit the textures of the stages...

or a training stage without ant texture(cyan colour background)

also how to edit the special effects(disable them ) or make them look invisible
whar i want to do:
using fraps and sf4 cameraman use it to capture some screencaps(sprites ) ,if not much to ask,

maybe some have the same tools for doing so on street fighter x tekkenwell many thanks in advance....

while i can't provide you with these kind of tools, i have to ask, which character are you looking to use?
because there exists ssfiv char rips which were made as mugen chars, you can download them from here:

i was mainly looking for capture sprites that are not present in the mugen characters on the mugen guild database ........ i have at least one of the tools working but still need a litle more to acomplish what i am trying to do...

If there is something really useles for me in a character mo matter if it is mugen or normal games,are the intros and win poses...capture moves,attack animations that kind of usefull stuff(to add to a mugen character)

my friend, you can get those from the mugen chars. just open the sff file and rip them out of it.
the ultras can't be ripped from a different angle tho.
