Add004 lifebar doesn't appears/works with another screenpack?

Pixels are atom's of resolution,Low-res or Hi-res

Ok so I am using Add004 and it appears like this

any way to fix? I tried to download Zerobruno's custom portrait version it still doesn't works(Note I'm using it with World Warriors X Black Edition screenpack and I opened 004.bat)

Probably because the common1.cns being used is not the common1.cns of add004.
add004's common1 has all the code to generate the lifebars and all the effects included.
I just stick to mugenmatch2.1 because I think it looks nice enough for a low-res screenpack.

ok I downloaded again,but it doesn't appears on some characters?
Nothing is appearing on some characters

Yea, because that ain't the reason it's happening. You've gotta put the files in the right places which means that the screenpack's system, select and associated files should be within the add004 or bs0 or svc folder within the data folder and you will need to edit the screenpack's system file you just copied to show the path to the fight.def for your add004 lifebars. It's because you haven't specified the path to the lifebars correctly that they don't show up.
