Well, I am just looking for more games to play, and wanted to know if anybody knows of decent fighting games.

Personally I like The Green Hornet, a flash fighting game based on the recent movie adaptation. Good game, I want someone could rip their "sprites" (since it's 3D-like)

Well, you should play Combat Tournament on Newgrounds, or Street Fighter: Way Of The Ansatsuken, which a RPG/Fighting game.

Shit, I can't quite remember the name of this one Smash clone, which also had a worthy sequel. They're extremely well-made.

You play as these chibi characters that are stylized after Kirby, what with big heads, small hands and feet being their traits. You can customize and name these characters, even. The combat and engine overall was incredibly smooth and there was loads of features, including death traps and AI. For power-ups, you had militaristic weapons and comedic weapons like an old-fashioned cannon or a bowling ball. Speaking of humor, the games had loads of it; as soon as someone got knocked off the stage, they emit a high-pitched scream as they fell, right down to the loud thump accompanied by a small smoke cloud. The music was very catchy, as well.

Are you sure? It's been a while since I kept track of it, but I remember them making the game in Gamemaker instead of Flash this time around.

Also, everyone I've met who has an opinion on Smash Flash really hate it.

Nope, I don't know where you got the idea that they made the game in Gamemaker, since they never said anything about making it in Gamemaker, maybe you're mistaking it for a different SSB fangame?

When you start the game, the title section of the window even says, for a few seconds, "Adobe Flash Player".
