In Fighter Factory, how do I edit the palettes without messing a sprite?

When I move those palette boxes in Advanced Palette Editor in Fighter Factory, the sprite looks messed up.
This is fate.

The sprite only looks at a location on the palette as it can't "track" where the color is.

If you want to move around colors, you will have to do this for every sprite that uses that palette.
