depend, if he also carry a scythe then I will kick his groin, and close the door immediately, if he is just normal harmless looking skeleton like from biology lab, I will invite him to come.

my question, what would you do if you accidentally hit a cat or a dog, and find out that it is dying beyond help, will you hit it one more time to end the misery?

I'd suggest him a correct vegan diet instead of sugar. Also I'd ask him what made he think I was giving a party while I was just sleeping. Someone else would have been scared of such a weird visit!  :S
