Yea this is pretty senseless.

Young kids send nudes to each other all the f'n time nowadays. 
Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook, being huge social websites, is sometimes where they go.

Instead of arresting her, they should take this as a lesson and set certain precautions to prevent this from happening:
- Actually teaching about this shit in school would really help.
- A place that educates teens on the impact of their pictures and child pornography should be a thing.
- There should be more assemblies that gives advice to teens about legally and effectively engaging in sexual activity safely without going to F'n jail.

WAVY.com was informed that in the juvenile system this young woman and her parents could be ordered to complete a Sexting Education program. But there’s also the chance this could end up in court as a criminal matter with jail time as a possibility.

Posting nudes is considered pornographic. She's underage therefore it's labeled Child Pornography.
