We all know Ivy will gain 40 more pounds and ditch her snake sword for the only weapon she really needs: mammoth gazongas.I always considered SC3 to be the best one by far. The play modes (Chronicles of the Sword) trumped SC4's in every way. The unique fighting styles also helped a lot. Although I fear with the trends of "dumbed-down" gaming, SC5 will even be more simplistic than SC4 was in this department. Too bad Chronicles of the Sword was glitched and would boot your shit back to the beginning if you so much as saved another game on the same memory card, requiring you to buy another one, which at the time were like twenty to thirty dollars.
^ Hm? Never had that problem... haven't noticed any glitches that brought it down in fact.But I can say I played CotS quite a bit, had far more fun with it than any other 'tacked-on' mode of any SC game, or Namco game for that matter.
