CVS2?The tournament scene prefers A and C. You will see some major damaging combos in A groove.Many like K groove too, since certain characters like Sagat on K groove can dish out damage.I personally like N groove for run and roll. As a Zangief player, the mobility allows me to get in close to dish out some FAB action.
Ew, tourney fags use C? What can C do, that N can't?Personally, I go for N, N mainly because I can pull out a level 3 super for two gauges, and K because of Just defending.

I'm not a C user, but you can cancel one super into another super or move. This lends to many combos that cannot be done in other grooves.

I like Ex Groove because you can charge your power meter. Also, at lvl 3, you can chain any punch or kick to another punch or kick or super.

#Shaun said, February 16, 2008, 11:51:00 pmReal CVS2 players use K or N.What makes you say that? I think the most skilled players are A groove players. Some of those combos are so ridiculously hard to pull off. I'm an N groove player, but I think N doesn't require as much skill and timing as A, or even P and C for that matter.
I like N the best. C a close second. Although due to many things I've had to do lately with A-Groove I am leaning more and more towards it. To think I used to find it to be nearly as useless as S-Groove...Though honestly, this should be in Gaming.
I prefer N-groove, but all my friends who play CvS2 laugh at me for using it. What's not to love about it though? Run, roll, Lv. 1 supers and Lv. 3's with 2 bars, it's awesome. It's because they all use C-groove, air blawking's for nubz. I do use it sometimes though, when a Lv. 2 super or air block could come in handy, like against G. Rugal/Shin Gouki.
I like them all, A groove is for me a very all or nothing groove, 60% + combos *some of which are pretty damn easy*along with lots of useful basics. C because 3 levels of supers, airblock, roll, super canceling goodness. P I kind of like just since I play a lot of 3S, like that unlike K you can keep your stuff stocked without needing to worry about losing the power. S... For me its spam groove, not particularly for ZOMG damage combos, but fun for replacing a lot of normal attacks with supers if you get in the red, Shinku spam is rather fun! N, C with some adjustments is how I use it >.>. K Is fun for massive ZOMG damage stuffs ^^;
