luke cage s2 was great! i really liked it. washed the bad taste of the defenders right from the first episode.
bushmaster was a very good villain too, possibly one of the best mcu villains out there.

Quote
Ant-Man and the Wasp director Peyton Reed is interested in making a Fantastic Four project within the Marvel Cinematic Universe and believes that the franchise would work really well with the Ant-Man films. The Disney and Fox merger is as close as ever to happening and could very well be a done deal by next summer, which means that the Fantastic Four, along with a whole slew of other properties can come join the MCU. In addition to talking about the property returning to Marvel, Reed was also involved with trying to get a proper Fantastic Four movie made over 20 years ago.

I want Psycho-Man and Malice in this.

What's even the point, though?
It's too late to include them to the MCU already, especially with so many of the Marvel characters being dead.

If I struggled to the end of my determination, to the end of my way of life with my followers, if the result is ruin, then this ruin is inevitable. Grieve. Shed tears. But you cannot regret.

... you realise we're getting Doctor Strange 2 and GotG3 with the same team and Spiderman 2 which has been confirmed to start literally minutes after the end of Avengers 4 with Peter being just fine, right ? It was never going to stick, that's why the entire advertising campaign turned out to be so bad, we know they straight up lied. I mean, Strange, Panther, GotG could have gone with a different main character (or team), but killing Peter when we already knew Tom Holland was sticking around was the stupidest move they could do when it comes to maintaining doubt. It was the moment you knew it would be undone.
The comics actually had Peter survive and be the first to see people disappear, so keeping him alive in the movie could have been a throwback to that and would have made us actually believe this would stick, but killing him just killed all doubt.
If I struggled to the end of my determination, to the end of my way of life with my followers, if the result is ruin, then this ruin is inevitable. Grieve. Shed tears. But you cannot regret.

They just began shooting it last week in fact (and Tom is there, so it's definitely not Miles taking over the series already), but we knew since Homecoming that Tom would be there for 3 Spiderman titles (plus Avengers and other cameos if any).
Tom "accidentally leaked" the title as Far From Home. Gotta love how Marvel is embracing that "accidental leaker" reputation Tom got himself (it's real, Chris Pratt talked about Tom blurting out the whole script for Jurassic World 2 to him before Chris even got confirmation it was happening, it's hilarious).

Seriously? This is frustrating. Very, very frustrating. Amazing how one opiniated psycho can cause somebody to lose their job and franchise over some things they tweeted years ago and have since apologized for many times.

Captain Marvel pictures are out
NOT an origin movie, she already has powers and is a part of Mar Vell's Starforce and not Earth-based
Kree-Skrull War, Secret Invasion on Earth makes her come back to Earth
Ronan gets his colors back \o/ are we finally out of the curse of all-black-and-colorless outfits villains ? Thanos was fine but the Too Literal Black Order was a low blow.

The film also introduces Lashana Lynch as Maria Rambeau, one of Carol’s oldest friends. She’s a top-notch Air Force pilot with the call sign “Photon,” and she’s also a single mother to a young daughter.
Already setting up Monica Rambeau/Captain Marvel II/Photon/Pulsar/Spectrum, eh? Sweet.

Meh, I read the tweets, considering what other people have been fired for, he more that deserved it, his pedophilia jokes would make tsukaso feel disgusted.

Some of the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy is actually defending said director. Dave "Batista" Bautista is boldly defending James Gunn and thrashing Disney. I don't think he wants to work with Disney anymore.

Yeah, he pretty much said just that, and the whole cast is defending him. And Gunn deserved it 10 years ago, but then he's been going around apologizing about it whenever asked and not hiding it, it's just so dumb to punish him now.

context wise alot of those jokes were apart of a bigger trend that werent really making light of some huge problems and were moreso your average dark humor tweet most people like to do. like the one where he said the part with the fisting. that was apart of a trend of intentionally really bad titles for kids books, i mean it doesnt take anyone more than 5 secs to click on the hashtag used to see it was apart of an old meme.

regardless, gunn literally apologized for everything YEARS ago and has since changed completely as a dude. he didn't deserve it at all.

context wise leftist media companies like disney have been firinsg people for less, so giving him a pass regardless of how far ago that was would make them look bad. the people who digged up the old tweets anbd made them viral knew that and did it with that purpose.
