His QCF+P doesn't negate projectiles like it should, and the combos are rather stiff and hard to pull off.Other than that, this is a good K'.
Yeah, it's a nicely made K' but the lack of Ein's Trigger->Second Shell->Heat Driver makes me D:, since that's his trademark combo.
