I'm all for that design being Roxy. Makes it easier to not see Roxy being just a palette swap of Poison, and being more of her own character instead.

After the Mad Gear gang's demise, Poison ended up as Hugo's manager. Whereas Roxy switched to the more powerful and a lot more resourced Shadaloo organization where she proved to be a very effective 'interrogator?'
