The developers may have upscaled the npc sprites by coding which winmugen+ or mugen 1.0 doesnt have so i had to upscale them slightly myself.

Just shows that the old Mugen can still be home to some pretty visually impressive stages. It's too bad that there's no code to scale the Sprites though. On 1.1 it is but I'm sure you wanted this stage to be accessible to all mugen users.
