I just recently installed Windows 7 on my laptop, everything was fine until I open a browser, after a few seconds the browser would load and my laptop will go black, and gives me this blue screen. I can access Safe Mode just fine. Please, help me.

Here's your solution: get Windows 10 and do a clean install. XD

Seriously though. In two years, Microsoft will drop Windows 7 extended support. No point in sticking with an old operating system like that, and it's been a few years since Windows 10 was released, so it should be fine. Besides, Windows 7 will turn 10 years old in 2019, and the Xbox 360 and PS3 were almost 10 years themselves at the beginning of the current generation of consoles.

Thanks for the answer.

I downgraded to Windows 7, because I used to have Windows 10, I experienced alot of problems in Windows 10.

Any suggestions? I'll just stick on Safe Mode for now, lol.

change boot option from bios to dvd or usb and use a windows 7 dvd boot or usb stick, when you start your pc choose the option to repair computer and restore to an old date.

Hello, I did what was instructed, and it worked perfectly fine. I can finally access my laptop on normal mode without it freezing, thank you.
