How to change a skill that can only be use once

So there this character, that his super Makes him invincible ( but not completely) and it have a set of duration of it's effects. But the downside of this skill that it can only be use once in a round. This is Itachi from Naruto. I do have little knowledge in editing in fire factory. Thanks in advance

Link the character. Name the move and its input so people can find it in the code.
