Nice to see you finally work on something outside of Touhou. That's the kind of creativity I miss. Anyway, here's my feedback:

-Flare Blitz does no recoil damage to the user like in the source game.
-Jumping MA can't hit certain opponents in the air due to the hitbox's position (You can clearly see the tail go though the opponent and not hit them).
-There is no envshake when Charizard touches the ground after a jump, dash or Fly (Pretty sure Charizard isn't lightweight).
-There is no shockwave effect when he stomps on the ground during crouching HA.
-Rock Smash has no envshake when the rock gets destroyed.

That's all for now. Hope you consider more Pokemon character from you in the future.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

I do believe that he did intended for Flare Blitz to be recoil-less. Recoil sucks in fighting games, even if it matches source material.

Yeah, practicality over source accuracy. You'd have to make the move super good to justify recoil damage.

Yeah, practicality over source accuracy. You'd have to make the move super good to justify recoil damage.

I guess either full invincibility, incredible damage output, and being extreme fast and air unblockable could work.

I know this is sudden but Charizard has been updated with some fixes and other changes in response to recent feedback.

Cool stuff. I try to do his throw, but he just does Rock Smash. His light version of Fly is an infinite in the corner.

Actually, that seems like his playstyle. Didn't notice the "invalid combo" message. Does that mean the opponent can actually interrupt this?

 Pretty sure it's an invalid combo as shown by the on-screen text indicator,  in which only becomes an infinite if P2 hates teching or simply have no teching at all... both would be their own fault in that case.
