Hi all. I've been trying out the KOF XIII arcade rip and figured I'd try to start a mugen build with KOF XIII sprites. Except, I have no idea where to start. I can't even access the sprite files (.pcs files) and I don't know what program will. I've only seen maybe two people who've actually access the XIII sprites, but have no idea how they went about it. Does anyone have any suggestions or should I start on completely different sprites?
