Wingnut, probably one of the most annoying characters to fight in the game because of his amazing air mobility. Also has the most unique frames in the game thanks to his fx and different variations of moves. Either way he took me a lot longer than expected because of how he worked period.  As for the turtles........yeah a typo on all of them. I'm ass I know.

Knowing how you constantly update your stuff, I'll wait until you complete these as a full set before downloading them. I did the same thing with your Gundam characters. Once more, keep up the great job. ;D

yeah but I got variable amounts done each year. for snes chars those are easier to churn out than a mvc2 stuff lol almost 8 years now ._,.

This character from my testing session is very good, and I understand that you did the best you can do, but here are my nitpicks:
1. Wingnut's Desperation move can also be done in midair in the source game, and yet, I can't do it with his creation
2. Wingnut is unable to use specials (he can still use aerial normals) prior to air dashing until he lands, whereas with this creation, I can do whatever I want.

Eh I wouldn't say that. It was stuff that slipped through the cracks. Luckily thanks to how I program these fixes are really easy to do.  fixed and updated brah.
