              ~Update Notes~

Pretty Boy:
Added Special - Jack Hammer.
Added Hyper - Cyber Slam.
Added standing medium punchs/knife slashs.
Added standing medium kicks.
Added Intro.
Fix walk at different transformations.
Attempted to add get hit tranformations, but so far it's a mess.

Cody:
Added weapon drop anim to taunt.
Fixed Knife color on palette

Punisher:
Added Special - Pistol
Added Hyper - Rifle Unload
Fixed FX with words reading backwards.
Head Pop finisher now has an alternate animation.
Pistol Finisher is set to random on whether or not it will play.
Changed Rifle to be slower on the draw, but increased the speed of the bullet.
Changed Rifle from punch to kick buttons.

Screenpack:
Fixed discolor on turns partner portrait for normal res version.
Started to convert finished stuff from normal res screenpack to 720P version.
720P version available for download.

Started playing around with Palette ideas, instead of palettes with diff colored pants etc..., let's ratchet it up a notch by introducing outfits. If people are ok with my resizing the sprites and touching them up a little then I could make alternate costumes instead of palette swaps. Idea worth pursing or waste of time for all those transformations?

So it looks legit Staub! Doesn't look awkward being resized or touched up? The goal being an unnoticeable difference unless your a wierdo like me and can tell. It's pretty obvious I simply redrew legs on the original Haggar instead of using the FF2 sprites, but the FF3 Haggar I think is pretty close to the original were most folks wouldn't notice. That's really were I want to be before pursuing.

I think the knee pads on #1 have to be more up... Looks kinda strange to me.

What about Haggars FF3 pony tail?

Hags Ponytail is in on the FF3 sprites. Just can't see it on the stance. Thanks for the feedback on the knee pads & I agree after looking at the image again with your perspective. I'll raise the knee pads a pixel or two & see what that looks like.

About to jet out for the Fourth. Before I do I want to release an update. Haggar has joined the roster. Some of his melee attacks have placeholder animations till I can get around to spriteing some more attacks.

Haggar:
Added Haggar to roster.
Some moves have temp sprites. I'll update as I go along.

Cody:
Fixed Hyper attack to have the correct guard flag.
Changed when Cody is twirling around in his hyper attack from not being hit by anything to not hit by standing or crouching normal attacks and throws.
Hyper KO FX now plays if killed by Tornado during hyper.
Decreased the Tornado damage.
Changed Vs/Win Screen portrait.
Started to implement stage awarness for moves. So far only Cody and Haggar recognize the TMNT Pirate Ship stage. Cody Throws Waterballs instead of dirt, but missing some FX anims right now. Haggar does water splash FX for slams instead of dirt FX.

Interactive Stages:
Changed sound of health pickup.

Havok concept. I kept the colors light so I could see what i'm painting. He's a mix of Punisher and Nick Fury sprites.

This game is still in progress. The roster looks like this right now. I'll have another alpha update shortly into 2017. I'll be posting more info soon on what is in the next update.

Here is an Early look at Blaze. I got most of her basics completed, as well as a few specials. She is also the first character to introduce strikers.

Thanks guys! I've got some free time on my hands this week, so i'll use it to work on the game and release an update this weekend. I decided to drop Pretty Boy from roster for the next update & release him when he's a bit further along in development. Focus my attention to the other 4 characters & have the alpha start to play more like a real game & less like a buggy mess.

                                                              ~Update Alpha 1F~

Added/Removed :

Blaze added to the roster.
Syrian Desert Oil Refinery stage added.
Removed Pretty Boy from the roster until he is furthur along in development.

Characters updated :

Punisher = can now fire his pistol multible times. Pistol uses power after the first shot & will not fire once power is below 100, until holstered again.
Punisher = Fixed bullets giving power when they spawn.

Haggar & Blaze = instantly drop the knife if they try pick it up. I decided to do this until all thier animations are ready.
Haggar now has finisher animations.

Stages updated :

Subway Station, Subway Train stages changed floor tension.

Screenpack updated :

Widescreen (720) version the lifebars are correctly placed for all modes.

Interactive Stuff :

Syrian Oil Refinery stage has two stage finishers. Activate by defetaing your opponent with any normal melee attack while standing or jumping in the right area of the stage.

That is looking Great man. You should give Blob a little darker palette as it will make him fit better with all other Characters in The Game.

You doing one character per series? I'd even personally learn this style if Guy or Lucina are in it. Also agree with the pal suggestion, but that may be obvious. Never really liked the character personally, but interesting non the less I'm sure you'll come up with something dope. Your ryu as a guest character? lol
Also.. Perhaps you could grasp something from this.

While you are online I wanted to ask you. Would it be possible to knock a character through a wall? Oops like me clarify. To add on basically go from one stage to the next akin to the og MK games. Similar to the whole Akuma Vs. Chameleon. The SF VS MK actually had that same stage in the game where they fall through the bridge, floating in mid air & fighting until they hit the ground. I want to do some stuff like that. They however no matter how many times I'd ask would share the stage with me. I don't mind doing the extra work, never have. I want to take interactive to the next level.
