I bet you're trying to sprite swap my barrelbonus character for this new fangled high res style. You need to edit the positioning in the object files. The positioning is very much linked to the original sprite size and factors in any scaling applied in CNS.
You will also need to work out edits for the top barrel which has code to let it fall to a certain height. (See: object6.cns for huge amount of code)
I think I actually bothered to base it on the spacing in the original game and did math and stuff. Cool beans!
