Finally got around to looking over the rest. Here's the other stuff you're missing/is off:

-Jump neutral LP
-Jump neutral MP(though in this case, it's just the way her legs are positioned differs between the two)
-Jump neutral HP
-Jump LK is not Jump LK in your sheet, it's actually Jump MK
-Jump LK
-Jump MK is not Jump MK in your sheet, it's actually neutral Jump LK
-Jump HK is not Jump HK in your sheet, it's actually neutral Jump MK
-You have the attack frame for Jump HK, well, it's used here as the start up frame for Jump neutral LK/MK. I suppose just using some other start up frame from another air attack can work for it. Jump HK is a knee attack btw.
-Jump neutral HK
-Yes, confirmed, Stand c.MK is missing
-Crouch HP is done wrong. It's supposed to be a punch, not a straight chop attack

That looks to be about it. Including the other stuff I mentioned.
