Story:
Hells closed plan is in action with Envy as its messenger. Mammon sends Envy and the elemental siblings Wind & Element against their will to attack Hiryu and his friends. All  to gain his attention. Element and Wind must comply or risk losing their siblings. Hiryu will take the bait and now the chase is on.


Meanwhile at the Youngblood base Guile returns in his new prosthetic body with partner Darkbolt after being sent by Bison to kill everyone at the base including old friends and comrades.
But things don't go as planned and our female assassin from the dead comes to give a helping hand. Will she join the team? And what will Youngblood do without a base of operations?
