Have you ever had a stage that you loved, but you could not find a very fitting song for the life of you? What about trying to find a fitting song for character select screens? No idea what theme to give that bad ass boss character that is hard as hell to beat?

Well fret no more friends! Hi I'm Niko, but some know me as Majin. You may remember me from such posts as, "I need a fucking mouse!" or "I'm going to sprite the hell out of that character, if I had a mouse." Out of my vast boredom I came up with an idea to help people out. Since I was a wee little kid Video Game music has been a huge love in my life. Hell my MP3 player is 90% video game music and 10% real bands.
So here I am making this thread. Anyone can join in but I would LOVE to help people by giving them suggestions for music in MUGEN.
Also I suggest pictures, because I may not have the stage or have seen it before.

Yes ALL Soul Calibur, but that's only because the best ones for this stage IMO.

Can you put the pics in spoilers please? It'll keep your topic a lot cleaner. on topic, this is a very good idea. I like "Leaving the World Behind", I have that song myself, among many others. I have that bamboo stage as well, and this is what I use for it...

Polluted Artificial Sky by MajicCD and I used Tekken 2 Devil Kazuya one, I must say it quite fits, at least for me :P

I enjoy most of the tracks in Alpha 3 such as The Road and Karin's theme, but there were some that were unfitting of the character, also some of them felt dull. I can not remember Birdie's or Sodom's theme.

Sure, I'll give it a try.  Any suggestions to these few stages?  Among the many I have that didn't come with any music, not really liking any of the other songs I've tried to match with them.

I should have thought of looking to Two Steps From Hell for stage themes, I used to listen to them all the time.  .hack music, interesting choice, I can see why you chose it.  I like them, thank you.
