Aiduzzi, originality to the max. plus the gameplay is fun
CCI, father of all Kof edits

least fav:
Alexlexus, shitty chars, never improves and XBOX huge ego
Sevary, "HOW DO I BALANCE"
Drowin, makes some of the worst shit i ever seen

PotS: Ryu was my favourite character ever back in the day.
Vans: His stuff is just great and very helpful guy. His coding always comes in handy, thanks a lot.
CCIronmugen: Way before I was into KOF I still liked his characters. Now that I'm into KOF I can appreciate them more.
Warusaki3: Always liked his CVS characters.
GM: Really solid characters. Has the best SF3 stuff in MUGEN. Terry was one of my favourites back in the day as well.

Fav:
GM/Abuhachi: Created Accurate Motw and SF3 characters which these games are epic
Warusaki3/H': Created Most CvS2 and SvC characters which are my favorite crossover 2D fighting Games
K.O.D/Vans: Created Most accurate KOF ever, K.O.D created my favorite 3 K' (Ultimate, XI and 2k2 style from KOF game which is my best character
Tin: I like his Mukai and Gouki alots (AI can be disable in this config file so the AI won't take control)
Spolde/Sunboy/Sander/El/Limited-Moon: Loves the Marvel Style characters, the first fighting game I ever plays: Marvel vs Street Fighters

Least:
Muteki/9/Choujin: maybe I am not fans of Melty Blood, Big Bang Beat, Dragon Ball and Guilty Gear series

when will this personal crises ends? it just won't stop!

OrochiKOF97/CCI/Vans/KoopaKoot/DM/Fervicante : Great KOF characters.
Sepp : Some of the best Alpha characters in mugen.
GM : Best SFIII & MOTW characters.
Rikard/AIDUZZI/SeanAlty/Borghi : Original character that are actually original and don't suck.
Warusaki : More than anything, for the excellent job he makes converting non-cvs characters to cvs standars.
PotS : His custom characters are some of my favorites
Mr. Fong : Pretty much the same as above.

Least Fav

Kong (infinite air-dashing FTW)
Alexlexus (his Gouken beats PotS character anyday, I can parry my attacks while I perform attacks)
Cyanide (his Sonic and Metaknight are just toptier. Smash Bros is the best fighting style evur!!1)
Servary: (cause his characters are more balanced than PotS Ryu)

Worst:
Seanalty (he didn't make a full game that included personalities that reflect Mario or Sonic. BOO!)
PotS (there are enough SF and SNK characters, he should have made Mario or Sonic)
Warusaki (he can make CvS2 Captain Commando but not make Mario or Sonic? Thats pretty sad)
Reu (his AI is 2 hard, those 3D graphics dont look rite!11)

I really doubt that you actually tried those characters by yourself. You said that Gouken's sprites were good, for fucks sake. Stop trying to be cool.

Roque: for his rera  and stages
Pots: just awesome custom chars
GM: best SF3 Characters
Kohaku: nice lifebars creator
Vans: nice kof characters
Toma: awesome MB chars
Raien makoto: same as above
Rajaa: more good custom chars
Warusaki3: just the CvS chars i liked

Favs!

"Rajaa" all her characters are good.
"P.o.t.s" (ryu, cammy, all the mini games, ands stages)
"EXShadow" is a freaking master when it comes to making stages.
"Anjel" (ichigo, and............... Thats it. :P

I dont really dislike any creater! Unless they pissed me off're something.

POTS, Warusaki3 & Rajaa are the top creators, no doubt.
Ina for the Arcana heart chars, many may disagree with me.
Muteki for the GG chars.
9 for Tsukihime chars.

The odd man out is Ahuron only for not balancing his chars...
Can i ask why many hate Ahuron?...

Muteki=horrible
Ina=just about as bad
and ahuron is a hit or miss creators. some of his stuff are cool(mukuro, nightmo geese) but most suck ass(his kof chars mainly)

I like Oggy's awesome sprites and his characters are very creative  ;P  but like everyone else I hate his coding  :P Lucky thing is I understand some code and I could fix me some so I don't need to complain much.... His Walkure is my fav...

But maybe he would need to go into a "Favorite spriter" thread or something instead...

The thing i don't like about Muteki is his Slayer has this bite grab that can be pulled off infinitely until his enemy reaches the wall...
But that's just the AI's habbit, to stop at the wall, maybe it can be pulled off infinitely.
It would be great if there are cvs GG and Arcana Heart chars like how Rajaa made cvs styled Mech Hisui...

Mutekis stuff have a too much combotality even for a GG char. they also have some broken ass Custom stuff to them. also their CLSN are too big for GG chars as well. They also feel very unfinished with the stupid "instant kills not hitting and still killing the enemy"

also, URU made arcan hart chars in MVC and samurai showdown style :V

Japanese Kong :P But then again I'm not that sure if GG characters can do most of those combos indeed... gotta watch some tourney vids because I can't really pull really long GG combos...
