Would be more excited about it if this was around the time of Chankast's release (or sooner), still good news though.

I'm looking forward to ripping a new anim for Karin that's in Upper, since I haven't got it running on the PS2 yet... other than that I suppose you can get everything else from the DC versions.

yeah, i checked the wiki (thx XG), and noticed that pretty much all the games worth something have already been ported to something else. so, unless the emu offers framestepping or runs really great i don't see anything that it could add to either the gaming or mugenizing experience. but i bet the rom museum people are happy as hell.

@pots, is that animation not present in the upper version for dreamcast?

The arcade update was made after the DC port (and based on it IIRC), so they may have added it since.
But then again I have terrible luck with randomness, so I may have missed that intro everytime I played as Karin (getting others instead). :o

For those of you not realizing it, consider one thing MAME has for sure that Chankast and NullDC lack:

Frame. Stepping.

Btw there's also some Taito fighting game for Naomi only too, IIRC?
