You can help with Ikemen GO's development by trying out the latest development build and reporting any bugs on GitHub.
My Mugen and Ikemen content can also be found here.

What can get really fun is trying to explain the difference between "ashura" and "asura".

I don't feel like researching, so, illustrate me.
The Day of Ashura is an Islamic holy day, one that I believe is dedicated towards Islamic martyrs ... don't quote me on that specific detail.
Asura (sometimes Ahura) is a group of Hindu deities or, in Buddhism, is a word used to describe the lowest level of deities.

What makes it difficult for the Japanese (from my experience anyway, I've only had brief discussion about this with Japanese from the Nagano prefecture) is the presence of the "su" and "shiu" sounds, which, if not pronounced carefully, can almost be interchangeable to the ear.

The nickname i start using once for an art contest when i was around 13/14 (2º place  :) ). Since that day i use it everytime i have to choose a nickname or i don't want to use my real name (some of my friends call me like that). Sometimes you'll find my name next to the number 619 ... only thing i can say about that is it has nothing to do with rey misterio.

it's a manga character I made up. Which is now you know why it's not really my true name, if able. Also, it's not from the game either.

  • Cute Bounty Hunter
You probably already know Baby Bonnie Hood (red-hooded bounty hunter girl from Darkstalkers), so I'll skip that.

I name myself around here after my WIPs.  And currently it's Raffine, a character from the Puyo Puyo puzzle games (the later Fever series, to be more specific).  Her name means "refined" in French, which fits her as she's a stuck-up ohohoho-ing (in Japanese) bitch who thinks herself better than anyone else.  And I like her for it ;D

I have made absolutely zero progress on trying to make her for MUGEN though, opting instead to play the games she's from this entire time.  Whee.....

  • Does this look like the face of mercy?
Edward the Great in honor to Iron Maiden's album "Edward the Great: The Greatest Hits".
Bastard Wolf: one time I was talking with Ironmugen on MSN and I said "ARE YOU OK?" and he said "BASTARD WOLF!!!". :P
Zim for Invader Zim, D'UH! (why did you cancel this Nick!?).
And recently if a register in a new forum I either go with Shiki or Kyon (make it short and sweet).

Most people just call me Edward and some guys at RS call me Zim.

K.O.D = King of Darkness.

Comes from an old anime I used to watch (which i don't remember) where the anti-hero/semi-villain's ultimate move was named "King of Darkness" in which a giant black hole formed over earth and a huge beast would come out of it obliterating the opposing force and it looked really cool :P
