Hey whats up. I just downloaded the character. I wasn't sure if this was posted but I found this strange thing. Jump in and do air heavy kick and then hold down heavy kick to sweep and hit for 2 hitter and he will go down into the ground and disappear as long as you hold down. If you do it for a little bit you will see his floor shadow underground and if you jump he will land back to proper floor level. Check it out.
*nods* reading now. I haven't really messed with new mugen all like that so I am guessing and like you guys said its common.cns overwritten. I looked through and through and everything is legit accept it still happens. Even though adding triggerall = statetype != A for state 520 in .cmd fixes it. I'll dig through common.cns for now.
You forgot two guys in your readme:Marancv: extra/custom spritesME!: Pretty much the same thing, though you really only used the blood effect...Speaking of the blood effect, it would help to separate it's colors from Rugal's clothes - purple blood doesn't really look all too great. I'll try to find a better "ripping" sound for him, because his current one seems a bit too "soft".
