One of her moves causes Mugen 1.0 to crash as well, plus she can cause all damage to heal her without warning.

Oh and add onto that your typical Pre-to tier overpowered attacks.

Actually it's more of, she causes moves done more than once to heal her.

For example, after one jab, if you jab her again it heals her and you have to use a different normal or special.

This aspect would make her interesting if the rest of her wasn't broken as fuck.
