Hello, I'm Jeric, I released A-Rugal, he can be found: Here What can You expect:-Sizable movelist(Complete with EX Move variants and EX only moves(I deem some of Rugal's moves too cheap as normal moves).-A moderately slow character, has timing cancels(Not telling You what cancels into what)(Ex: Cancel into Beads Destructor from Y Spread Shot right as projectile hits).-Option to choose from CvS2 voice or Wakamoto voice(Wakamoto set as default).-A character that requires effort and time to win with, unlike the character whom this was edited from(Not telling You whom).-12 Palettes, each one different-Hit and Guard Sparks that are colored by A-Rugal's palettes.-Many grapple type moves.-Moderate AI5 of his Moves(Find out EX yourself):Spreadshot: QCF or 236+ x or y: X has 3 shots, Y fires 7. Y is slower than X.Genocide Cutter: DP or 626+a or b: A is 1 hit, starts air combo, B is 6 hits and deals more damageBeads Destructor: RDP or 424+a or b: A is 3 hits, cancels into one of two moves after last hit, B is 4 hits, travels further, and passes through projectilesGod Press: QCB or 214+x or y: X is faster, is chainable into. Y is slower, deals low damage, is unblockable(All throws miss airborne foes).Rugalspin: HCF or 41236+a or b: X is faster, covers less x distance. Well, you kinda DO have to give credit to the original author, because otherwise it's stealing. Nothing against you or your Rugal, but it's a Mugen rule of thumb. Also, you need the consent of said author to release an edit of his/her character.As far as feedback goes...*His commands are all sorts of weird. Though his new QCF+P move is cool, the effects could use some work. *On that note, you don't have to make all of the effects blue. Ask Vyn if you can use his effects, they'll fit with the sprites better.*He has a LOT of missing sprites, considering that you used the CvS sprite set.*From looking at the AIR and SFF, it seems that you may have based this off of P.o.t.S' Shin Gouki (his Hadouken/Gou Zankuu sprites are in the SFF, and the basic animation names are identical to those in P.o.t.S' characters). But that's just a theory.

dude this character is far from finished, everything about it seems out of place and doesn't contribute to the gameplay-dash feels like rugal is on the moon-Ex spread stuns the opponent for way too long-enemy remains in standing stance when they are hit by EX genocide cutter's first hit-jump land animation takes too long-EX god press(the teleport thingy) turns opponent into a shining ball when they get launched into the air-you should make the EX geonocide cutter only hit once and only continue the combo when the first attack hits

Wait wait wait, just by trying this guy out....you didn't edit that Rugal by EvilSlayerX5, did you? thats probably the worst CvS Rugal you can get.
Yeah but bro, gameplay kinda counts too. And there is no way I(Or anyone) should consider anything he has done to be CvS. Especially since he went for a GGX style and failed. ROFL
And then a shitstorm occured where ESX5 couldn't take the criticism and the rest is history.Bottom line is: Editing ESX5's Rugal is a BAAAAAAAAD Idea, unless one has a damn good grasp on what he's doing and is able to at least carry it out slightly more professionally.

But You can't use it more than once in ANY combo.-I really don't know what any of mean by missing sprites.-I wasn't going for CvS(Would You please STOP thinking that a CvS sprite set must use CvS style movelist?)-This IS an edit of that Rugal, MightyKombat DID get that one correct.-As far as frontal dash goes, I meant it to be like that. You have control a few tick AFTER the start of the dash, along with throw invulnerability.-EX Genocide Cutter(Then first part), should make opponent fall on both hits, and continues if both hits strike or not.-There's a sizable explosion when foe is hit on wall during any God Press, maybe some screenshots should help(Unless You edit character to have problems in first place).Eh, shouldn't have bothered even posting this..Ah well.
