Ah, I see.
Also, I notice his target combo's last hit wiffs on quite a few foes... Though then again, it's better to just use Mario Tornado instead as the last hit. Since you can cancel that into supers.
His dodgeroll seems very slow too. Making it harder to use then a normal P.O.T.S style character... Not sure if this is intentional or not. But it does make approach kinda tough sometimes.
On a side note. Do you have the Training character? It's a KFM character that tells you frame data about the character you're using... Just in case though. I'll list some block advantage frames.

Also, with the normals. These values are pretty much the same. So you might need to figure out how to make hits have different frame advantages on hit, or on block.
L.P/cr.L.P: +5 L.K/cr.L.K: +2 M.P/cr.M.P: +6 M.K: -1 cr.M.K: +4 H.P: +7 cr.H.P: +4 H.K: +9 cr.H.K: -5
These values are all over the place... Typically, lights are the safest, and heavies are the least safe of normals. But standing hard kick has a +9 frame advantage on block.
j.L.P: +4 j.L.K: +1 j.M.P: +5 j.M.K: +4 j.H.P: +3 j.H.K: -1
These also seem a bit off. Though to jumping medium punch's credit, it has a small hit box. So eh.
Now then. Onto the specials. These are all done as close to Training as possible.
Mario Tornado:
L: +2 M: -1 H: -8
Eh, these don't seem too off to me. The light one could be used to keep pressure on.
Fireballs:
L/M/H: +8 EX: +12
Now this seems a bit problematic... These projectiles are safe to abuse even when right near the foe.
Super Jump Punch:
L: -10 M: -13 H: -19 EX: -17
These seem alright. Though it does seem like a pretty big jump in unsafeness from medium to heavy. Perhaps the medium one should be -14 on block? or -15?
Supers:
Shoryurepp-- Er I mean Super Jump Destroyer: -15
Shinryuken-- I mean uh, Divine Jump Punch: -25
These seem alright to me.
Honestly. I think the ones that need the most work, and the normals. And Fireballs.
All and all, I feel this character has potential. Just needs some polish here and there. Maybe some more graphical things, like a new small portrait, and super portrait.
I hope to see this potential reached with this character.
