On Broken Mugen 1.0 and IMT Blue is it possible for it to show the winquote screen when the AI wins as well as yourself?

When I win a round I get the winquote screen yet when the AI wins I don't get the winquote screen.

In watch mode the winquote screen appears so I'd imagine it's possible.
