Changes (another wall of text, so spoiler tags):

1. Mona/Lisa's Kick attack during one of their "Team Flips" is faster.
2. Fixed problem with Onihime's/Yasha's Flip Jump having no CLSN boxes.
3. Fixed problem with Shiva's "Absolute Guard" ability; it never actually activated when he was fighting just 1 person.
4. Fixed minor issue with power-ups not being able to be picked up right after another was picked-up.
5. Fixed weird problem with the objects/power-ups briefly jumping in size after they hit the ground/were hit/when the power-up appeared.
6. Nora's jump kick has slightly smaller CLSN1 boxes. Stops it from hitting when it shouldn't.
7. Stopped enemies from entering their guard stance if you are in a hit state.
8. Ninjo's jump slash now has a cooldown; because of its speed & range, it could get rather annoying.
9. Shiva's throw is now performed just as fast as the playable version of him.
10. The control panel now has a base max life of 6000 instead of 8000 (9000 instead of 12000 if teammode is simul).
11. Fix problem with Rocket's stats not being affected by difficulty when he appears with Jet.
12. Various 'attack sounds' added to most enemy attacks.
13. Mr.X no longer gets extended invinciblity after getting up when he has 1000 life or less.
14. Characters with less than 1000 max life now gain 334 life when picking up an apple instead of 1/3 of their max life, which would be less than 334.
15. There is now a "hit-the-ground" sound, effect, and screen shake when a character gets "fake KO'd".
16. 1-Ups appear slightly more often with 1 or no lives remaining, but the chance of gold bars appearing are reduced. With 8 or more lives remaining, gold bars appear more often, but 1-Ups appear less often.*
17. Antonio's and Souther's base life reduced by 300, due to new mini-bosses.
18. NEW MINI-BOSSES: Bongo and Warrior.
-Bongo appears after Antonio is defeated. He mostly runs back and forth across the screen with his fire breath attack. If you are close or try to dodge his fire breath attack by crouching, he'll do a short hop and perform an elbow drop attack instead. Bongo also doesn't 'push' you during his fire breath attack.
Unlike all other enemies, Bongo can move offscreen.^ Its very likely that knocking him away will push him offscreen. Stay away from the edge he was hit to avoid getting hit by the tail end of his fire breath attack. Also, Bongo isn't affected by throws. Finally, Bongo has very little cooldown time between attacks, meaning he'll start another attack almost as soon as the current one is finshed.
-Warrior appears after Souther is defeated. Warrior is a weaker Abadede with only 3 attacks and lower life and speed. He can only use Abadede's running punch (which is weaker), the 'karate chop' (also weaker), and the normal throw (which isn't weaker). He can't use Abadede's breaker attack either.
* = My attempt at preventing people from stocking so many lives that there wasn't any way they could lose. Also works as a 'reward' for players who don't get KO'd much and save up 8 or more lives, as well as a last-ditch effort for people who aren't doing so well.
^ = There just wasn't enough space for Bongo to run around, so I made him not screen-bound. Do note that I use MUGEN 1.0 only, so I don't know how he acts, or will act, in MUGEN 1.1 on stages that use the zoom function.
