What new Fighting games youd like to see done?

Whether its all new and different or a sequel what fighting games you would like to see made now?


Here are my starting picks:

GGX VS Blazblue
Darkstalkers 4 (yeh yeh i know Ono bailed on it)
Rival schools 3 (always wanted that game to happen)
Wind Ninja Chronicles aka Ninja Scroll (a mash up of characters from the movie and short series)
Capcom vs snk 3
Snk Vs Capcom 2 (designed like KOF XIII)
Tekken VS Dead Or Alive
KARAS: The fighting game (based on all the mystic good and bad guys in the anime and new characters)
TMNT: Tournament Fighters 2 (developed by arc systems...hey they did over Contra pretty nice for Konami so why not. plus i still love hand drawn fighting games)
DC VS Marvel (i doubt it would ever happen though...it happened in the comics but eh you can still dream)

games that were previously announced or have some chance to get made.

a kof dream match for the three arcs abusing the old spritesets, everybody tht was released in low res kof (pre 12) should be in that game.
the previosuly announced but stuck in development hell sammy vs capcom game.
the higurashi x umineko when they cry fighting game.

haha i remember that years back when i read on it at Mad man cafe online...Capcom & sammy had idea clashes between the studios so it tanked

A Finished Daraku Tenshi. The designers of that game are still around (Yatagarasu) and it would be great if they could get the rights to it and finish what they started a long time ago.

Completely Unrealistic wishes:
A new Toshinden which is a lot like Toshinden 2 but modern.
Turtles Tournament Fighters 2
Fighter's Impact 2
Power Stone 3
Blackheart getting a big budget fighting game and would be the first game starting on Mugen to evolve to something much bigger.
B.I.O.F.R.E.A.K.S 2
Clayfighters 4
Tobal No 3 or Ehrgeiz 2
Rival Schools 3
A re-imaginated and really good Rise of the Robots :-P


Wishes with 1-10% "could happen factor"

Capcom vs SNK 3
New Fatal Fury game
New and good Samurai Shodown game
New KOF with characters and ideas from KOF Maximum Impact
Sengoku Basara X2
Darkstalkers 4
GG vs. BB
New KOF which celebrates the 20th Anniversary of the series.
A good new SoulCalibur with a bigger focus on the story..and a well thought out story.


Wishes with 50% or more chance that they will happen

Street Fighter V with some of the SF3 characters on the new consoles in 2-3 years
Tekken 7 in December 2014 which is not called Tekken 7 and will be a similare re-imagination and back to the roots of the series like done with Mk9 in 2011.
Tekken X Street Fighter in 2015 with a big and damn fine roster and gameplay
New Mortal Kombat which kontinues the MK9 story, introduces some of the MK4-MKD characters but with better designs, better gameplay and a good story mode + better online modes + for the first time in MK history they let dead characters staying dead and only "revive" those maybe as dlc or characters without any impact of the new story.
New Capcom Crossover (Only capcom characters) Fighting game - i bet this will happen and be their first big new-gen fighting game which is not a port.



Sorry..i was in writing and dreaming mood as a long time fighting game player there are really a ton of games i would love to see back on track.

Also, Last Blade 3. Goddamin SNK(P), Last Blade was amazing.

Some sort of proper 2D "anime" (With long combos, air dashes and all that) Kamen Rider fighting game would be neat too (I can't say I like the staple KR fighting games)

Gundam Battle Assault 3. No, that one featuring Seed doesn't exist.

More that just came to mind...

Fist of the North star 2 (By arc systems again but this time with the extra characters from the current Masou kens rage games)
Eternal Champions 3 (NOW is a good time for that game to return)
