I know mugenguild has nothing against editing others works and re-releasing it as an edit with at least some sort of credit to the original author is no biggie here, not that I'm against that, but releasing random compilations?

Yes the topic starter stated that it was a compilation from others works but still at the same time, isn't that a bit too much?
Grab a screenpack, add your own music, add your own characters, add your own stages, and you have this.

Why release something that everyone can do on their own?
There should be a rule for threads like this, this is ridiculous...

But this guy says he changed the characters to play with the same "Style" and messed around with damage values. And that he fixed some "sound bugs". Am too lazy to DL it myself, so this is back until someone proves him wrong.
