The best boss character get an update to Mugen 1.0 by the original creator himself at last pal1 to 6 got the glowing effect but pal7 to 12 (Urien's palette) doesn't have. Sadly, he did not make Difficulties 1's AI
Shwa both of the features are implemented. Glowing and of course my favourite of all, proper side switching that doesn't change within custom states.

The glow can't be done in Winmugen, since there's no remappal in Winmugen. You could only do it via PalX, but it would look ugly.
