He is not open source, and you are not going to get in contact with H" anytime soon. You can trust me on that. He's pretty much left the public scene and appears to not want to be bothered.
you can also check in kong's mugen site, there are some cvs2 sparks there including the slash sprites if you want it
the thing is i already have the hit sparks.i am in need of the counter sparks and the ground slam spark mainly. i also wanted the hyper finish spark but thats not so necessary. do you have a link to kongs site i'll take a look there he may have what im after. thanks to POTs i may use the hitsparks he ripped as they are much smaller then the ones by the dreamslayer.
I think Phantom uses H"'s hitsparks, unless he gave all his characters those custom hi-res ones Nakoruru has.

Not all of them, only the special and hyper ones. Pots' rips have the same problem IIRC, it's because of the envshakes cvs2 uses. The only notable problem with TDS' rips is that sometimes bits and pieces of them go off screen. But the fact is, they can be easily fixed by copying another end of the spark then rotating it to fit in place.
i cant say im surprised at your results. if H is not contactable what if i use the 3 sparks i need anyways and just credit him for the ripping? not really what i wanted to do but im all out of ideas here :/
TDS didnt rip the sparks im after he only ripped the hitsparks, slashsparks, parry, guardbreak, hyper sparks, guard sparks,dust, power charge and guard break. im fine with all these but i am in need of:counter spark - blue and purple ground slam spark (when kyo does elbow drop grab)

Add links to kong's rips, please. I don't think much help is being done by mentioning him as I do not think I've ever heard of him.

ah the good old guild peeps haha, herehttp://kong.110mb.com/kongs site rips are at the bottom, for those who didnt know he has ripped sf3 (all 3 versions), mvc2 cvs2, Daraku Tenshi and xmen children of the atom, even some high res stuff like mvc2 hyper bg, mvc2 hyper finish and cvs2 hitsparks, cvs2 cutsparks all high resive heard people have problems with his site but his stuff is hosted at infinity toohttp://www.infinitymugenteam.com/and i wouldnt mention him if he wasnt active...
thanks vyn i already asked him and he said he'll see what he can do so theres hope yet regarding his site the problem i think people may be talking about is that some of the downloads will be errored as empty or damaged when you try to extract the files.
its not kongs site rly, some peeps work some peeps dont, all is hosted at infinity and at the bottom of his site theres a link to his other 2 hosts, just check em
The files are in 7z format, I extract it using 7z without any problem.I found some of his files are having problem like this one:MVC2_Hyper_BG.7z.001 those that have something.7z.001 etc are having problems so far

It doesent work.I downloaded from all trea sites, all of them is courrupted, don't work with opening with 7zip eather, and no, they are .zip not .7z.
