Dark Blue Troopers(640 x 480)

Nice to meet you, this add-on will introduce add-ons that I made arrangements for converting the default add-on for WINMUGENPLUS for MUGEN 1.0 to make it easy to see.
Please note that this add-on does not come with Logo, Intro, Lifebar, etc.
By the way, this add-on not only contains MUGEN 1.0 and MUGEN 1.1 but also Victory Screen to maintain compatibility with WINMUGENPLUS.
So this addon can be enjoyed with one of its versions.

It takes me back to 2008, when i discovered Win M.U.G.E.N. for the first time, i always picked Reu's Evil Ryu...
