  • Wherever theres chaos, I'll be there.
Here's what I'm hoping for.

I know that it will not be possible for this to happen, but if characters like Sophita make a return, maybe the game takes place a bit before the events of Soul Calibur 5. And here we could see just what happened to the other characters that were missing from V and maybe we can learn abit more about characters like Z.W.E.I. Viola, and the rest of the new characters.

Also I'm hoping that they bring back the weapon disciplines for CAS like in soul calibur 3. And maybe they can have new movesets based on the fighting styles of previous guest characters. And maybe, just maybe, we can have new CAS parts that could make a character have a similar look to the more inhuman characters like Nightmare, Necrid, Astaroth, Lizardman, Revenant, Will o' The Wisp and Charade.

There is a very slim chance that any of those will appear but I got my fingers crossed.

ah yes,i forgot to add that there is a confirmed Japan releasedate now with the 6th Februar.

And there are skeleton enemies

If the game would basically be a one player "story mode" of SCV but including also characters which were not in SCV i would buy it. But by the looks it seems to be a free2play game again with a big focus on clothes and that microtransactions crap maybe.

Yeah...she definitely got thicker...

About time they got something right in this entire thing.

I just want this to be over with so that Namco can make something a bit more compelling.

It could be just me, but this game gives me the odd vibe of being a generic flash RPG in the form of a console videogame.

Will still give it a try (just out of curiosity).

Tried it, nothing special obviously.

First thing it says is to choose a character. You start with the first three characters from the trailer; I was going to choose Mitsurugi but the selection started with Sophitia in her underclothes, I couldn't help myself. :3
Also, didn't know how to change outfits, so there's that.

After that, there some tutorial stuff and whatnot. Tells you what to do before you can do your own thing. Pretty repetitive; typical social gaming stuff in the form of a fighter. There's also support characters (which are actually other players I believe), but I don't know how that works, don't really care.

It did remind me how little I've played SC in my lifetime (I nearly lost on the second level). Might try it again when the US release happens (still no date other than Spring 2014), but yeah.

I don't think 35 years is middle age. but anyway still she looks the same than when she first appeared so her age doesn't really matter

I guess it depends on where you live, in Japan for example a 26 years old chick is too old

You could say it's a trailer for Taki instead of only posting the link.
