It reminiscent Kyosuke from rival schools as it says in the blog. They both do have similarities which is why Capcom probably chose that uniform. I would use that costume if i mained him.

Abigail is such a weird choice, I mean, why not a more known thug from Mad Gear, or hell, add Haggar, for fuck's sake, its clear they won't do anything with him or Final Fight, might as well migrate the protagonist.

It was "new". Haggar is not a new character by any stretch of the definition. Characters like Ed and Zeku were already known by name and concept but never as an actual fully fledged fighting game character so that's quite obviously what that "new" was about.
Oh, speaking of which, people are running with the assumption that Zeku will be a mix of Guy and Haggar (I don't know enough about the character to explain it but still), so there's your Haggar fix. I presume that's a mix in term of the looks of some moves, not about gameplay (because you can't really mix speed ninja gameplay with heavy hitting close grappler gameplay)

Her sleeveless look should be the default to begin with. Now we wont know whether you can remove them or not until it comes out (And it's Capcom so I fully expect them to fuck up and just give her a different hair or something for her alt version).

The costume for Juri for the most part isn't really bad, but the jacket throws it off. It feels random compared to the rest of the costume.
