This is My Old WIP(Start in 2013). Finaly I Finish Him Today.
He have simple move, I will not put a Read Me file specifically on this character.
It is troublesome to write, and the operation command is simple, so there is no need to write it down.

looks basic still...but I am wondering why (I believe most of time)...releases like this are ignored and or and s.o.s. releases gets many many posts and attention...
and maniac's chars needs still work...

-I hate haters and S.o.S chars.....
-time to migrate from winmugen...
