Okay for one thing though this is a bit more of an opinion I feel like Scarlet Weather Rhapsody of All Humankind should have the beam at the end take up less time. It can do the same amount of hits but have them go by way faster.Keystone [World Creation Press] when done up close and the enemy is hit the second time the way they look is kinda wonky, and also it could use some kinda effect for when the keystone hits the ground. Along with the fact that it falls to the side of the screen then teleports back to the middle. Maybe have the enemy fall into the middle and then the keystone falls on top of them knocking them away or something though that's just an idea.

Okay then also the command for Beams of Non-Perception in the readme might be wrong because despite inputting it the move only came out twice out of fifteen times. That's all from me

I do not have issues activating either of the half-circle motions. So, I took a quick look at the character and it's pretty jank.-You've got a slow-arse anti-air with no startup invulnerability.-You've got Marisa's EX mechanic blended with Byakuren's charge mechanic, which in itself feels odd, but then the EX part only applies to one Special, while the charge mechanic only applies to another. Seems more of a shoehorned thing than something properly meshed into the character's gameplay.-Heaven Sign "Sword of Divine Justice" just feels weird; it lacks any sort of impact and causes Tenshi to jerkily fall back to earth the instant she reaches the attack's peak, at which point she doesn't land correctly (keep using the Hyper and you'll notice she lands higher up each time).-As was already mentioned, Scarlet Weather Rhapsody of All Humankind is boring and takes too long. The pillars don't even look like they're rising from the ground, instead appearing as though they're just stretching from a really compressed size. The opponent barely looks like they're in pain, wiggling side to side a little bit and showing no change in reaction once they get a face full of laser.-The opponent falls out of Keystone "World Creation Press", denoted by the damage resetting halfway through the attack.-Her aerial MP sometimes misses the opponent completely, as demonstrated here:-While I wouldn't typically critique an A.I. as it's a pretty unimportant feature in the long run, you've made an attempt to implement one, so yeah; it's pretty dumb, simply throwing out Normals regardless of distance from the opponent and barely using any of Tenshi's other attacks. That's all I've got for the time being, though this was just a quick check.

OK, so while watching the footage for the video I recently uploaded, I noticed there were a few oddities and decided to take another look at Tenshi. As shown in the video, Swordplay "Sword of Swagger" does not do any chip damage and also gives Tenshi Power, despite being a Hyper; in fact, all but "Scarlet Weather Rhapsody of All Humankind" have the same issue. The following applies to Heaven Sign "Sword of Divine Justice":The opponent is put into the hit custom state even if they blocked it.The move does 80 damage, which is horribly low for a Hyper. The move doesn't look right; Tenshi soars upwards quite fast, though the opponent when hit stays in hitstun for a little while and then flies upwards a little bit. You should probably have it so the attack launches the opponent upwards when it hits, causing them to land slightly after Tenshi does; think of it as being like Remilia's Demon King Cradle, only it hits once and is faster. There's a graphical error on the Stone Charge level indicators where it'll show all three icons upon activation of HCF P regardless of the current level. The voice clip for Tenshi's D+HP aerial gets cut off when she lands due to you putting the landing sound effect on channel 0.In the HitDef for Beams of Non-Perception, you've got the damage and Power gains set to pick a random number from 0 to 2 for each of the 51 hits the move makes, meaning you're looking at damage and Power gains varying from 0 all the way to 102; these need to be fixed values, so if you feel the damage/gains are too much even when set to 1, reduce the amount of hits the attack does.During "Scarlet Weather Rhapsody of All Humankind", the opponent starts taking damage before they're even struck with the laser; on that subject, you should probably have them react to getting hit by the laser by having them change to a more pained animation. This might just be a personal opinion here, but I don't feel as though "Scarlet Weather Rhapsody of All Humankind" should be unblockable given that the hitbox covers the entire width of the screen; at least have it so it can be blocked low.I'm probably missing things again, but that's what I found this time.
