This can be used as a loop, it is not a infinite because p2 can break out of the throw.-Ground throw causes wall stick instead of wall bounce, adding more strategy to its use.-hit advantage/disadvantage has been heavily balanced out-All ground moves have more cooldown time, but maintain their fast start up time.-Enemies with super armor can be falcon punched even if they dont get custom-stated. -If you hit a enemy who is airborne with aerial falcon kick it will cause the same custom state as the air throw, using this if you roman cancel out of it you can get the OTG falcon kick. This may seem a bit unbalanced but remember that it costs 50% of your meter to cancel.

Even if they have no recovery they can just press y+z or B and they will break out of it when the exclamation point(s) appears.

Just played around with him, your work shows in how solid he is. Had no problems with him but I did notice one thing that let me score an extra two hits in the corner.At a character specific distance you can use the grab from medium attack to cancel the move back into state zero, there you have enough hit stun to link into light attack and continue on with a combo.
That is there intentionally . He is quite technical with all of his assets and that's just the way I want it to be.
The AI is programmed to do whatever it wants as long as it thinks it will work. So who knows lol. He hasn't done it yet but that doesn't mean it wont happen.
